Either and ashtray or a votive holder? I would guess Scandinavian but I am not sure who.

A lovely chunk of crystal/glass no matter its real story (which I can't contribute any further clue towards, sorry) but how big (heavy) is it? Once more, I'd have to wonder if it truly has the correct amount of 'bulk' to become a proper murder weapon...?? ;-) :-)

(oh, and BTW -- what a gorgeous looking *table* and *living room* it is pictured on/in?!!)

It is deffenetly an ashtray Karen, it has the holes in all four corners for putting them down:) AntythingObscure,Thank you :) it is not big but it is heavy, could deffenetly throw it in someones head and knock them cold out hehehe :) it is 4.2 cm tall, 10.5 cm in both directions and weighs 740 g . And thank you, most of my furniture are from the same wood and company as the sofa-table :)
