10K Vintage Gold and Carved Coral Ring

I found this ring recently and liked it, even though it is a bit too small for me. I am thinking of either having it sized or giving it to one of my daughters - if any of them likes it.

There are some marks, but I need to have a good look at daylight to try to figure them out. The ring has a weight of just a bit under 5 grams.

I am not sure about the age and where it came from.
I am leaning towards England and maybe as early as late Victorian or possibly closer to the middle of the 1900's. But I really don't know.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
