One more from my 'lab glass' collection, this bottle measures about 6-1/2" tall (total) and 2-3/4" across. It has the number 57 on its front and stopper in black letters roughly 3/8" high, on the bottle itself there is also a frosted rectangle roughly 3/4" x 1-1/4" where presumably further labeling could be added to identify exactly what "chemical 57" might be. The lettering on its bottom reads "TCW CO 23 USA".
It came to me from a thrift store...ever since I've had it I've wanted to use it to serve my favorite brand of steak sauce at a dinner party, but sadly I don't tend to have dinner parties, so it just accessorizes my bathroom (w/other lab glass) instead. <groan> And anyway -- what's the chances I'll ever come across another one labeled "A1"...?? <lol>
T.C.Wheaton Glass.
Here's one with 120 on it.

Throw the steak on the grill I'm sure some of us will smell it and show up ;D~~
Thanks very much Celiene for the comment -- that auction listing has lots of interesting clues that I wasn't aware of <applause> and the term "apothecary glass" sounds SO much more funner than "lab glass"...?? <lol>
