Antique Candle Holder Brass? Bronze? 22"

An antique large candle holder or candle stick, it is either a bronze or brass solid metal, possibly even copper. It is very big, 22" tall and 9" at the base. It weighs about 6lbs. It has a very beautiful vine pattern throughout. This is a family heirloom pasted on from generation to generation. I know for sure that my Great Grandmother had it in 1920. I am guessing it was made at the turn of the century or before. Based off of what I've seen online it looks to be Victorian. If you know anything about it I would love to know. Thank you.
