I love this teapot along with it's stand. I am puzzled about the company who made it. Their name is Denlagh Products. I did find that the company was based in the UK but from as far as I can tell they are out of business. I've been researching this for quite some time and haven't been able to retrieve any other information than that. I believe the handle and the button type rim on the lid is made of bakelite. It's a silver tea/coffee pot made with the Best Chromium plate on Guaranteed Solid Copper. Both the bottom of teapot and the bottom of the stand state this. It also says that it is a Denlagh Products Reg. Design Number 808156. It's both usable and displayable. It measures 7 1/2" H without the stand and 8 1/2" H with the stand. It measures 9 1/2" from spout to handle. Pretty cool, eh?

It seems like they're from Blackpool and maybe liquidated in the late '50s: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issues/35431/pages/413/page.pdf

Not sure if I'm reading that right. Sorry if you've seen that already.

I also saw what looks to be the same teapot going for 16 pounds at this site

Thank you so much for this information. I've actually lowered the price for the teapot. You've been a great help!
