Showing decorations on a font is not enough for anyone to be able to help you identify your lamp. You can upload up to four pictures on this page. Is your lamp electric or oil? A total view of the lamp would certainly help but a closeup of the collar/burner would be ideal if it is Oil. Is there any markings on the Thumbwheel? Is there a matching shade?

So the picture is upside down and that is the base. I am pretty much sure of what the lamp is, it appears to be the electric variety and not the oil kind. There may be a trilight effect with a lamp in the base also.
