Genie lamp

This is a ceramic lamp with what I believe to be is the original shade. It is a genie sitting on a cushion and holding a the pole for the shade as if it were a a parasol, at an angle. I bought it a number of years ago at a local antique/junk shop. There are no markings anywhere on it, and I haven't seen another lamp quite like it. Other than being dirty, the shade is in really good shape. I'd like to find out when it was made and by whom; any and all comments appreciated!
