I bought these about 4yrs ago at a small antique shop and have never been able to identify them. The story the owner gave me was that an older man had sold them to her and he said he got them during the war when he was stationed in Persia. The larger one is 12" high and the cups (4) are 3 1/4" high. The other one is 10" high and the cordials (5) are 4 1/2" high. I don't have a weight on either because my food scale that I use for weighing glass has had the battery run down. The bottom of the decanters (ewers) are smooth so they don't appear to have been blown. Note: the reason I say decanters (ewers) is that on another site I'm told they're ewers. I 'assumed' ewers had pouring spouts but I may be totally incorrect.
Very Nice and Welcome to CW :-)
Thanks, I've been registered at the site for some years but for some reason just never posted anything.
