Art Deco Mid-Century 6-Hole Wood Smoking Pipe Holder/Stand

Recently acquired this beautiful, 6-hole wood pipe stand. I found no maker's name or marks on the back or bottom, so don't know who or when it it was manufactured.

The carving of the back brace appears rather art deco in style, and I would suspect it comes from that time to mid-century, but would love to hear from you! Any information of manufacturer, and/of of date, is appreciated.

I purchased it to hold my collection of vintage safety razors (all of which are still used in my shaving rotation).
