This beautiful Parure came into my possession today. The silver with dark blue is a beautiful match. All hand-painted silver cabochons feature birds or flowers. The necklace features hand painted silver cabochons all connected which results in a beautiful chandelier look. The cabochons have tested positive for 800 silver, but the pieces have not been marked. I suppose this rare treasure would make a great addition to any vintage/antique collection

Necklace - 16 "by 2 1/4" (center of pendant)
Bracelet - 7 "of 13/16"
Earrings-13/16 "diameter
Brooch / Pin - 1 1/16 "diameter

katherinescollections in the first place, thanks for your compliment and love. Sorry I have not seen your micro mosaic brooch before and have not watched it. I really like it very much as well. It is a combination of glass stones (tesserae) and colorful Millefiori very little colored glass (from Venice Italy) flowers, hence the name Millefiori (one thousand colors). It's a precious and beautiful gem and combining a lot of clothes. A real treasure!

What a beautiful and rare find Marga! I really love the obvious hand painting of the birds and the lovely surrounds. I am amazed you have a whole parure too!
