Hello, Party People-
A friend gave me this fun little piece today, and I've been looking for the pattern online, but haven't been able to find it. It may be that I only got 3 hours of sleep last night and am not firing on all cylinders today...entirely possible...but I need your help. Anyone recognize it?

looks to be Cambridge 3550 with their 740 etch; not very romantic or elegant but makers didn't always give pretty names.
