Large Charger Handmade Fish Dish Wall Hanging

Here is a vibrantly colored charger I picked up for my friends home. He has served in Vietnam and is such a sweetheart that has limited eyesight, progressively getting worse over the years. He's asked me to help with decor and I chose this because it's so bright and they have done a great job with this painting. Maker Unknown. It's ceramic. It's really amazing and will bring more brightness into his life. Yes, I want to keep this piece too but I will get more joy out of it knowing he can admire it right where he is! I'll take photos as I go and show a new idea I have brewing within ;)
