Not 100% sure this is a votive holder as the bottom on the inside is rounded. Color is clear, measures 2.5" tall and 3" wide. Received it from my mother in laws estate and haven't a clue who makes it. The only ones I found on the internet the swirl goes in the opposite direction. It's pretty heavy for its size the bottom third is solid.
