This radio was left to me by my godfather. I'm looking for any information I can get on it, more importantly an approximate year it was manufactured. All the information I have on it in in the photos. As well as that the cabinet work is done by Beaver furniture Co. out of Kitchener Ontario.

It would have been make in about 1935 or 1936
The 6 means it has 6 tubes and the R means it was a Rogers. If it had a M in it that would mean it was Majestic.
I have one with the very same dial and it was 1935, although my nmodel is different.

Try posting on 'Antique Radio Forum".
