the picture is sideways, i couldn't get to turn. this is a wooden rack, its 5 1/2'-6' tall, and has a sturdy base, with two uprights, and cross members at the middle and top with some ornate wood at the middle. the wooden dowel rod triangles are attached at the top and middle with screw in hooks, allowing them to turn side to side. It also has metal bands attached in the back with screws at the top and bottom, with a peice of wood screwed to the band half way down. we have a few ideas, but don't really know. i thought maybe it was at a tailors shop, or maybe it displayed material, & my husband thought newspapers at the library, or an indoor drying rack. We purchased this at a moving sale, a giant barn full of stuff. i'm going to use the rack at my salon to display something. Not sure yet.
