Hopefully I'm not going too far out on a limb by calling these Welz. The green with clear foot thorny stick vase seems to be a fairly common shape with a hexagonal body that is often attributed to Welz (see below). The pink with cobalt blue foot is a shape that I could find no reference for and would have been mystified had it not been for the mark on the underside. It may not be a guarantee for Welz production but points in that direction.
The "stick" vase stands 7 7/8" (20 cm) tall with a throat diameter of 1 3/8" (3.3 cm). The "prickly pear" stands 8 1/4" (20.8 cm) with a diameter at the widest point of around 3 1/2" (8.8ish cm).
EDIT - I've added a question mark to the title. I think I was sounding too definite about the attribution of these pieces.
I don't know about the marks - Craig's your man. The shape and tooling on the first look really reminiscent of some already posted on here by me and others in rubina-verde.
Thanks Ian - most of what I've learned about these thorn vases has come from the presentations here on CW. The foot you describe as being like a 'splash' is a Welz foot. I have it on a thorn vase and on another vase. I've never seen it combined with leaves before but leaves like that commonly appear on Welz pieces.

Thanks Peggy - that's exactly the same foot only in green as mine and like yours, mine is also damaged. It was your posting (and Michelle's) that led me to call this Welz. I'm still waiting for some thoughts on the other piece. :+)
I might add that the blue foot......four leaves up four leaves down, also appears on Welz pieces. In fact I once had a Welz lidded jar with a foot like that and it was in a décor which likely predated Art Deco.
Only another pointer though, as I've never seen anything like your pink and blue one. It is gorgeous though! I'd give it shelf room......Welz or not :)
Thanks again Peggy - this is three up, three down and, yes, I too have seen Welz jars with a similar treatment. I like this piece a lot so it gets a good display spot. The thorns are surprisingly sharp which kinda adds to the fun.
I know that it is only "possibly Welz" until some real proof shows up but I like to consider that possibility.
