I was a Mold Maker and worked with several old Germans but haven't seen this one before but I would say the producers name is Schutzmarke and looks like it was well used, also a older version with the screw lock being on top as most are a small lever on the side, good luck with your info hunt and Welcome to CW
Unfortunately "Schutzmarke" means only something like "registered trademark". I suppose the arrow is the producer logo but I can't find the name.
