More MARTINI PITCHERS!! As can be seen, I have three of this particular style, all found individually over the years. I actually had a 4th at one time (which might have been one size larger, not sure?) which suffered an unfortunate 'gravity event' in the kitchen sink. :-( I haven't ever found any other matching pieces.
They are all about 7" tall and 3-3/4" across at the tops on a 3" (flat) bottom pedestal made of thicker glass. Each features a decorative pattern comprised of a series of short 'etchings' (on the outside surface) which together form a band of horizontal lines around the pieces. No apparent maker's marks on them.
I don't know how old they are, guessing they likely tend more towards the 'common/contemporary' than 'antique'. (since, after all, I have *3* of them...?? <lol>) If anyone knows more, please share! :-)
Thanks so much, VikingGirl, aura, and Caperkid! :-)
I just had a big 'ole Homer Simpson <DOHHH> moment, while sitting eating my dinner and glancing at the pile of assorted dishware and stuff that's currently occupying most of the dining table top waiting for more proper stowage...which includes **matching martini pitcher #4** of this style. I guess I must have found the 4th one sometime relatively recently, and neglected to remember/notice it when I was otherwise taking pics of the boxful of martini pitchers I already had...?
;-) :-) <lol>
