Mr Owens kept a scrap book contains a log of where and when he was there and interesting photos of the jamboree. the intinerary of costs for the jamboree its self. He was the winner of the 5000 dollar scholarship for writing " the reason why America should not go to war". In 1930's there is a rough draft of the paper he wrote in the book.
Documented everything, Wonder what he did for a living later in life?

Thanks . Book takes through the entire trip day by day and there's pics of Baden Powell. pics of the German scouts pre ww2. Pics of the entire jamboree camps of different activities. Amazing.
