Blue and white stretch/spatter pitcher with cobalt blue applied handle and spiral. It has very tiny manufacturing bubbles and a ground pontil as well as a ruffled top. It measures 8.75" by 5". Think this is Bohemian.
I am not sure about Bohemian or even Czech. However, I don't know it all! I worry that these simpler pieces could be made pretty much anywhere. I saw some convincing "tango" ware made in (modern) Mexico, for example.
I am not real positive either event this for a very long time I don't even remember where I got it from
