Folding silverware set

I've had this set of folding silverware for some time. It was given to me by a friend a number of years ago. The fork and spoon appear to to silver and have marking on them. The knife appears to be stainless and has J. NOWILL at the base. Handles appear to be of some type of ivory or imitation material. Just wanting some information on who made them and about when they were made. Appreciate any information.
