Back again. This heavy tool was in my Dad's workshop , probably a Michigan find . It has 2 handles which both move, 1 slightly and the other one on a threaded bolt to tighten or loosen.
There are letters stamped on the round center plate but I can only make out partial words "DEAL" short for " ideal"? Also "...AND".
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
