This was another piece I bought at Newark, as soon as I saw this ring it had my name on it, plus I bought it for a great price.
It is marked KIMBERLY 14 kt, I knew it wasn't from the U.K. I looked up KIMBERLY and I think it is Kimberly Gem Company which was a subdivision of Albert Lorsch & Co, I'm not a 100% sure.
As you can see it has a very art and craft look to it with the gold florets on each side and the leaves that surround the stone. The stone as a beautiful light green glow, I believe it is Jade, yet again I'm not sure, I also have no idea of age. Since I bought it, it hasn't left my finger so it's definitely a keeper. Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks for looking

I found this on the web.
It's really pretty. As I was looking at it I wondered what the stone was. From what I was told last Friday, if it were Chrystophase (sp?) it would have gold specks in it. I was in a gemstone store and had them explain everything I could. I'm going to take one of their classes so that I can learn all these stones and hopefully be better at understanding what is what. Looks like you found it though and this ring is very you! ;)
Jean! A keeper as you said! The fact it hasn't left your finger since you bought it is a sign :-))
I couldn't find more about Kimberly than you did...

Everyone seems to reference the same EBAY notes!
Yep Celiene, that's all we found for now :-)
Meant for you of course. It's so attractive Jean with that big but subtle stone and the great mount.
Hi Shareurpassion, I did ask the seller and he did say the stone was Jade, I've looked through a loupe and it does look like Jade but I'm no expert, lol. Thanks for your comment.
Hi kyra, I'm still looking online but the material I've found is very limited. Definitely a keeper, it's still on my finger :-)
Hi Celiene, thanks for your links, as I said above there isn't that much material on KIMBERLY, I'll keep looking, thanks so much for your help.
Hi Karen, the first I noticed was the mount, then I saw that lovely stone I knew then it had my name on it. Thanks for your lovely comment.
Green is one of my least favorite colors Jean, but I love the lush, soft green on this!
I agree Rick, green isn't really one of my favourite colours but this stone is a subtly lush green colour as you say. It's nice to see you back :-)))
Many thanks
