      I don't have additional pictures yet, but can say that the device was most likely wall mounted, with the longer arm down. The clamp controls a cylindrical tunnel about 3/8 inch in diameter. That tunnel area swivels up and down and side to side about a half inch. It's too small for a flag pole (and why would you want a flag pole to swivel. Most likely guess is some sort of a cable connector (clothesline?). I'll try to get more pix
