Victorian cased air trap diamond quilted satin glass vase

This Victorian vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over powder blue with a diamond quilted air trap pattern, & a white interior. The vase measures 15 cm tall, 3.4 cm across the cut top rim, & 5 cm across the base. It has a very smooth satin finish. This was a find in an op shop (thrift store) many years ago...it was $1...it does have some issues (bruising) so I've shown it's best side. For the price I could not let it languish unloved, as it is still beautiful despite the damage. The pale, powder blue colour is very uncommon. Possibly English.
