Singer 66 Red Eye in parlor cabinet. Found this at a garage sale. Neatest thing ever. Sews better than my new machine. What year is this cabinet ??

It should go with the serial number on the machine but perhaps not. The Modell 66 started about 1903. I have one from 1929. Yours is nicer. Pretty much the neatest thing ever as far as sewing machines go.
