This item has me stumped. Is it some sort of hand farm tool? It is about 5 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches front to back. Two of the spikes stick straight up and are about 1 1/2 inches long. The two loop places on the side are only about a 1/2 inch opening that could perhaps hold a strap of some sort. It is not perfect and appears to be hand forged. Anyone know what this is?
