Goodwill Find - Duplex Brass Lamp

I found this at Goodwill a couple of weekends ago. It's 9" tall and about 6" wide at the widest point. A magnet doesn't stick, so i assume it's brass. It didn't come with any glass, so i'm trying to order one. It has no markings that i can find. is this a "#1 burner"?

I started using lanterns inside for the soft light and oil nice scent so when i saw the dual wick, I was sold. Once I started looking for a chimney, I got curious about when it was made, is it a knock-off, etc. Is it old? Is it new? I paid 15 bucks.
