These have spiraling ridges on the exterior, a cut and polished rim and sit on a base of three solid, clear balls, the size of marbles. Both vases are in pristine condition.
Image four shows them with an iridescent Harrach vase with a globular base, also on three solid, clear balls. The décor of the clear vase is 'Iris Glatt Crystal'. I've added a link to that vase below, including the naming of the décor, thank you, Michelle :)

Thank you, vetraio. They were a surprise.....something I'd not seen before, but immediately identifiable!
I like the coloured parts of these, but those balls have never done it for me - so sorry Peggy! Maybe in hand they would appeal more; I am sure they are exquisitely made.
