Vintage Boy Scout Bowie Style Knife

I was checking out eBay for Boy Scout knives and I discovered I already had one. Does not quite count as it doesn't have a sheath. This is a bit on the small side Jim Bowie would have kept a couple up his sleeves for emergency backup or toothpicks. The blade is 4 1/4" long.
There is no maker's information aside from "Made in USA Patented".
The other side says "Official Boy Scouts of America".
Not sure how old it is. All the other items I got with it are from the 1950s.
