    Well I think this is US military. It was made by Fraass Survival Systems. A bit of research comes up with 1970s.
    I have seen several over the carrying cases around but I don't run into one that is full often. Aside from all the stuff in photo 2 there is a plastic case filed with more goodies.
    I am a sucker for first aid kits when they are full. Especially when they are filled with interesting items.
