Found this ring in a box of junk after looking at it sure it is not junk. Design well. Very well made, just don't know anymore than that.
Stamped Mr Otis S Steel on side. Made of Steel? Who's Mr Otis ? What is the style of this ring? Era or date of design?
Any help will be appreciated
