This is that "test tube thin" tango glass but in a very unusual twisted, lobed shape.
The dirty, snapped pontil looks Kralik-esque but I don't think that's enough without strong shape links.
Vaguely reminiscent of a lobed moss agate pair posted by Moonstone. But different in many ways as well.
It is 16.5cm tall.
