small rough glaze pot

small rough textured glaze vase with trees etched into the porcelain no marks but smooth crazy cracked glaze on the base and also inside i think the actual porcelain is rough not the over glaz its almost as if it has little stones on the surface of the pot but the base and inside have none so am unsure it looks to me as if it is japanese but could be chinese but of this im unsure any help in identification or any opinions would be greatly appreciated thanks
