old porcelain doll with porcelain sleepy eyes and soft body

old porcelain doll ithnk it is actuall bisque sleepy eyes also bisque they are painted and close when she lays down there is quite a heavy mechanical sound when she opens or shuts eyes they are painted blue .her hair is moulded bisque curley around edges but smoothish on top . shes is only part porcelain head and neck the rest of her body is quite firm sewn cotton quite firmly packed her clothes are old but unsureif the same age as she is she has bloomers and pettycoat on and knee high stockings these look origional . unfortunately she has no mark that i can see have checked head and neck im wondering if it could be an old head put onto a soft bodyshehas no holes in her newck and looks to be glued to the bodyany help would be appreciated thank you
