    This rare true vintage 1960's HALCO "Psychedelic" Halloween Costume is kind of an oddity. While kids are dressing up as the Man from UNCLE, Lassie, a witch - this youngster (costume is for in the range of a 4-6 year old) is dressing up as a bad acid trip... WHAT THE... I can't imagine many parents from the WWII era would have approved of that - and thus the scarcity.

    Talk about a tough item to find a category for!
