I really need help with these two cups or bowls or whatever.
I bought them because I have never seen something like this before. They are a it bigger than a typical cup. They have two very strange handles. The most unusual thing is the little fox beneath the handles.

The decoration looks like hand-painted. One can see the brush strokes but it also could have been just a print that was enhanced.

There are no markings on the bottom. The porcelain feels smooth but the finish on the outside has a satin feel.

I believe they are pretty old; maybe they are around a hundred years or so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for looking:)

I have no clue. I found them today at a garage sale. A lady was selling her mother's stuff. Apparently, the lady that passed away was an antique dealer. The daughter said that she was not interested, ever, in her mom's business, and she had no idea what any of it was. There was a lot of nice stuff but some of the prices were high and nothing was too out of the ordinary. But these two thingies looked interesting.

The little foxes are what made me buy them:)
I am not sure about the colour. I guess I will have to research it.

Correction: I recently had another look at these, and the surprise was that they are not made of porcelain, rather of glass/milk glass. However, this discovery does not help to solve the mystery around them.
