I'm a newbie to the art glass collection scene but when I saw this small accent vase I loved it! The craftsmanship is excellent and it's super heavy but being so new to this I have had trouble finding more exact facts about its origins. So far it seems to match the Kralik and Loetz style of 1920s,1930s Art Deco, Tango, or just Czech Bohemian of that period but I was hoping maybe someone had some insight that could help solve the mystery. Thanks in advance!
I forgot to add the dimensions, ts 7 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide which also matched the Fralik art deco and tango accent vases of the period I mentioned for most of the end of day style accent vases too which is another reason I thought that may be the answer?
What a great vase! So many interesting design elements! Good find! Sorry, no insight here....
Thanks for all the Likes and Loves!
We'll just keep it at the top of the page till one of the glass experts come along. There are many here and this is a very nice vase. Love that design!
Thank you so much Shareurpassion! And everyone thats liked the photos. As someone that is new to collecting this has been the most frustrating part for me...not identifying signatures, pieces etc. I love this one no matter its origins but with so many of these "made in china" fakes out there designed to trick people and so many sellers online claiming things are Murano, or Fralik or Fenton when they aren't its nice to have the support of some fellow collectors in a forum like CW where its purely about the appreciation of the art! Thank you all!
