    This Los Angeles Telephone Co. is dated April 13th, 1882
    I don't know very much else about it yet except that it was found inside a telephone similar to the one pictured that my dad purchased over 50 years ago.
    There are no pages inside it, it's basically a piece of card stock folded in half... that is how few subscribers there were to the phone company services.

      I believe this directory was reproduced during the 100 anniversary of the telephone in 1976. The Pacific Telephone Company Yellow Page Directory sales force were giving these directory to there advertising customers. I have one that was given to me back in 1976.
