Hi Everyone,
I have a theory that given enough time one could find anything you want from a car boot.
Looking around me, most of the best glass (and cheapest) has all come from car boots.
This beauty is chipped unfortunately, but, for the price I can over look that.
It's the only vase I have with a twisted stem like this.
I do like this one,Fran. Not commonly found and very pretty colours!
Ooh! Very nice! Not seen it before, & totally love the twist & pink/green colour scheme.
It's a beaute, Fran !
BEAUTIFUL Welz!!

love the shape & the pinks and lime green well done !!!!!!!! fran
Nice one Fran!! The twisted pedestals like this are harder to find.....
Beautiful Fran... I love the twist!
Thank you for the loves and nice comments everyone. It's the first twisted stem I've come across.
Hi Fran, It looks like I might be the only one who doesn't know what a car boot is??? Is that someone just pulled over to the side of the road selling out of their car? Don't see that much, if at all but sounds like something I did once when I wasn't able to get into the flea market ;) Nice find. haha That sounds like selling with a twist! Ahhh
Hi shareurpassion, a car boot sale is not one person but a whole load of people in a field selling from their cars or vans on tables or sheets on the ground, usually very early on a Sunday morning. You never know what your'll find. I love them (the only member of my family who does, no one else is willing to get up early on a Sunday). It's strange you don't have them in the US, but then we don't have Yard Sales over here.
