Small Sauce Pan or Large Ladle Graniteware Pan

Once graniteware like this was made from 1885 into the early 1900s. Anyway for those into the 100 year rule this would be an antique.
This pan is about 6 1/2" wide and has a small spout like a ladle. I had never seen one like this before. It apparently made for pouring or can just be used as a pan. although it should have a lid for that.
It does have some sort of residue inside that does not want to leave. I am thinking it is a job for Goo Gone and then I can whip up some beanie weenies.
