This tiny picture has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It measures 3 1/2 x 3 1/4", is framed with glass and matted. However, the writing is foreign and I have tried to research but have found nothing. I believe it is a watercolor but would love to know the who, what and where. Any suggestions where I can find info?
