I really love Flowers and nature, to be landscaper for 17 years in Quebec with Waterfall, Flowers bed, Inter-Locking, retaining wall and so on, I also love very much Art Glass, LOL and recently start to enjoy Jewelry, well what's better to find a piece that regrouped all of this.
That's what happen today when i found this very unique glass pendant, depicted a grouping of 5 Pink calla lily flowers, with Red copper inclusion with Green leafs, totally amazing work of Art.
This pendant is 2 inch long by 1 inch wide.
ENJOY
-------------------------------ZANTEDESCHIA-------------------------------------
In fact, they are not a calla, either. The calla lily belongs to the genus Zantedeschia and is a member of the Araceae family, along with the caladium and philodendron. It is also known as the pig lily, trumpet lily and arum lily, and begins to blossom in late spring. This flower was first cataloged in the mid 1700s
Ms.CrystalShip, THANK YOU so much for this very kind comment and the love, definitely agree, this is only 2 inch by 1 inch, and it's quite heavy little thing, micro glass work, i will love to see how it's made.
Regards
Alan
That's BEAUTIFUL!!
It totally is a regrouping for you! Including the waterfall, it's a waterfall of flowers and very beautiful. I have never seen one like this, all in it's simplicity! I thought it was a vase when I saw it on the page before I clicked to see what it was.
Oh this is just gorgeous. I thought it was a vase!
