    This was omplete tranmitter outfit consisting of a 6 foot balloon, hyrogeb generator, the kite, copper antenna,a signal lamp and the Hand cranked transmitter. The transmitter was strapped betwee the pilots legs and as he cranked a generator the transmitter sent out an SOS, or signal message using a push button.
