Ruffled Bowl with Gold Bear & Leaves

This bowl was my Great Grandmothers. She lived in cattle country in Nebraska, near North Platte. Not sure of its age or origin. No markings that I could see. But she married in 1910, so may have received it around that time. It is a 9" clear glass bowl with a ruffled edge, with the edges being a light bluish white. Gold leaf pattern in a circle around lower part of bowl, raised inside and out. Gold bear pattern on inside bottom is raised and on the outside it is indented.
