This Victorian bowl is made from pale, yellow - green uranium glass which shades to light orange at the crimped rim. There is a band of milky opalescence between the yellow & orange sections. It measures 5.7 cm tall, 22 cm across the top rim, & 13 cm across the base, which has a neatly polished out pontil mark. The bowl has a moulded pattern of swirling ribs.
I can imagine this may have once had a silverplate holder, as in a "bride's basket".
    Possibly English.
