Just found in a local charity shop and thought it would make quite a nice project. I have searched google and think it is called a fiddleback chair but aside from that I can find similar but not quite the same style.

Can anyone tell me a rough age please. it is all joined in wood, no screws if that makes sense.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thank you in advance

I am not an expert by any means, but I did have a grandmother quite fond of colonial style furniture.
This particular piece looks to me as possibly circa late 18th century to early-mid 19th century.
I would leave it be until I got more info.
