Painting South African? on Canvas

I acquired this painting. It is on canvas. I am thinking it is painted by a South African artist. The signature is in one of the pictures, but I can not get it exact spelling.
The colors are bright and beautiful.
It measures 9 1/2 by 8 inches approx.
