Need help identifying the specifics on this match safe. It's about 2 inches tall by 1 inch wide. The crest is purple with Fleur de Lis symbols. I haven't been able to match the silver mark with a particular company. Any help to better identify this item would be appreciated!

Fleur de Lis symbols are obviously linked to French heritage in Quebec, surmounted by ‚‚Queen`s crown`` (Victoria).
