I have a total of 3 different one of this awesome brooches but this one is my favorite!
It is the smallest one I have the nickle is in there for a size comparison. I just can't believe they used to be able to put so much detail in such a tiny space.
From what I have read this is of the Florentine variety. I believe it's all glass not sure though.
Yes, made with tiny pieces of glass. It's beautiful.
